Disability has the power to be a force for joy, power and creativity. We know, because we’ve experienced it firsthand. We also know there’s more to the story. There is no end to the intricacies that make us tick. So, yes. Being disabled may be a part of our identity. But it’s certainly not all of it. We can be disabled and an author, speaker, CEO, dancer, painter, tech wizard, model, baker…(we could go on forever, literally).
