Limb Difference Weekend Experience

For: Girls, Ages 4-15 with limb difference or limb loss and their parents
When: April 17-19, 2026
Where: Nashville, TN

Join us in Nashville for our first official Disabled& weekend experience: a three-day Spring Soirée for girls with limb loss and limb difference and their families. This immersive weekend is designed to foster meaningful relationships within the Disabled& community through dinner parties, creative activations and intentional moments of connection.

In true Disabled& fashion, we’re going all in on girlhood, gifting and FUN while building deeper connections with our community.

Ticket Information

This is a full three-day experience with multiple hosted meals, curated programming, and dedicated parent and child experiences.

Full Weekend Experience Ticket: $495

Includes admission for one child and one parent/guardian and covers:

  • Friday welcome dinner (parent drinks included)
  • Saturday JTF picnic, lunch and daytime activities
  • Saturday evening parent dinner and breakout session and children’s dinner + activity
  • Sunday farewell brunch
  • All kids programming and take-home surprises

Additional Parent Ticket: $250

Must be purchased alongside a full experience ticket and includes access to all meals and programming.

Friday – Welcome Dinner

We’ll kick off the weekend with a warm welcome dinner in partnership with Brami, featuring a family-style Italian pasta meal and fun activity for the kids. This elevated welcome experience gives families the opportunity to meet, connect, and settle in together as we open the weekend.

Saturday – Community Day + Evening Experiences

Families will attend a Limb Difference and Limb Loss Picnic in partnership with the Jordan Thomas Foundation, featuring Nashville Craft Club, face painting bounce house, live music and other fun surprises! This event is co-ed and lunch will be provided.

That evening:

We want this weekend to feel just as meaningful for parents as it is for the girls. On Saturday evening, parents will enjoy a thoughtfully hosted dinner designed to give you space to ask questions, share experiences, and engage in deeper conversation with other parents through light facilitation.

The girls will have their own casual dinner and guided activity experience together, separate from the parent dinner.

Sunday – Farewell Brunch

We’ll say our goodbyes over a casual breakfast and coffee before heading home.

By the end of the weekend, our hope is that every family leaves feeling supported, refreshed, and more deeply connected to our community.

Capacity is limited to preserve the intimacy of the weekend.

To note:

At this time, we are intentionally reserving space for girls with limb difference or limb loss and one parent/guardian in order to create a meaningful 1:1 experience and allow as many girls as possible to attend. For that reason, we are unable to accommodate siblings. If you have special circumstances you’d like us to consider, please email disabledand@gmail.com.

If cost is a barrier, please email us about crowdfunding and sponsorship opportunities.

We can’t wait to gather in Nashville this Spring!
